Kryzon Store is a digital top-up service platform based in Bangladesh. We provide:

• Digital subscriptions and vouchers
• Social media and digital enhancement services

All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Eligibility

To use Kryzon Store, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate information when placing an order
• Have a valid game account / Player ID for the service you are purchasing

By using our platform, you confirm that all information provided is true and correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect Player IDs or account details submitted by the user.

4. Account Registration

You may create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Order Process

1. Select the desired top-up package on our platform
2. Enter your correct Game User ID / Player ID
3. Complete the payment as instructed
4. Submit your payment confirmation (e.g., Transaction ID)
5. Our team will manually verify your payment and process the top-up

Order processing time may vary. We aim to complete all verified orders as quickly as possible.

6. Payment Policy

Kryzon Store uses a manual payment verification system. We do not integrate with third-party payment gateways (such as bKash, Nagad, Stripe, or similar services).

How payments work:

• You transfer payment via your preferred method as instructed on the order page
• You submit your Transaction ID or payment proof through our platform
• Our team verifies the payment from our internal records
• Upon successful verification, your top-up is processed

Important notes:

• Do not send payment to any unverified account or individual claiming to represent Kryzon Store
• We do not store any banking credentials, mobile banking PINs, or card information
• Payments are verified manually and securely through our own order management system

7. Wallet System

Kryzon Store provides each registered user with an internal wallet. Wallet credits can be earned through refunds and may be used toward future purchases on our platform.

• Wallet credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Wallet credits cannot be converted to cash
• Wallet balance has no expiry unless the account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms

8. Refund & Dispute Policy

We are committed to resolving all order issues fairly and transparently.

When a refund is applicable:

• The top-up was not delivered within the expected timeframe
• An incorrect amount was delivered due to a platform error
• A verified technical failure occurred on our end

How refunds are issued:

Refunds are issued as Kryzon Store Wallet Credits — the equivalent value of your order will be credited to your account wallet, usable for any future purchase on our platform.

How to request a refund:

Contact our support team within 72 hours of placing your order via the channels listed in Section 14.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kryzon Store shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
• Issues arising from the game developer's side (e.g., server downtime, account bans)
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Prohibited Activities

When using Kryzon Store, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or order placement
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our platform or database
• Use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Resell our services without prior written consent
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or wallet credits
• Impersonate Kryzon Store staff or representatives

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, and forfeiture of wallet balance without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Kryzon Store — including logos, graphics, text, UI design, and branding — is the exclusive property of Kryzon Store and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without explicit written permission.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
